Next time I will do 2 loaf pans. I used buckwheat, oats, sun seeds, pumpkin seeds. Love the idea to soak the grain mix. A great recipe! I was worried when I put the flour mixture on top and it didn't really bubble through over night. It did mix nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07940732642687093934noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6951670129940545324.post-42514924654071910472010-01-02T10:39:19.214-08:002010-01-02T10:39:19.214-08:00Hello,

Great way to use up some of the spelt flour from the dosa challenge! Also, reminds me that I need to get bread baking, since I haven't baked one for BBD in a while!Lisahttp://lisamichele.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6951670129940545324.post-88776238227096038122009-12-03T12:30:02.670-08:002009-12-03T12:30:02.670-08:00A lovely bread! Spelt is hard to substitute with flour because it has less gluten, but changing only 1/3 worked I guess. The bread was denser than a normal bread but really good.

Jill, thanks for your compliments, let me know how the recipe works for you.Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15305773287880023217noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6951670129940545324.post-67541459227564992552009-12-02T16:57:25.371-08:002009-12-02T16:57:25.371-08:00This bread looks fantastic--awesome pictures!! Having said that, your bread look really nice. I tried once to use spelt in my bread and it didn't work out. Now, looking at your bread, I am tempted to try again. I like the idea of using ancient grains.Simona Carinihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10621645217450504400noreply@blogger.com
